Dear Dunfee School Community,
summer turns to fall, students at the
in the learning process. Our Dunfee Dragons R.O.A.R. program is in full swing and students are being recognized weekly for displaying the R.O.A.R. attributes. Our kick-off parade on September 19th was a huge success and a shining example of the partnerships that have been established with the entire community. The Superintendent, Board of Education, Township Committee, police department, fire department, PTA, and the high school marching band participated in the parade along with entire Dunfee School family. Many parents, friends, and family members lined the streets of the parade route and the support of our students and staff was overwhelming. Needless to say, we look forward to a great school year and will continue to work together as a team to ensure our students experience success in all school settings.
It was great seeing everyone at Back to School Night. I hope you had
a wonderful evening! Another opportunity to forge the partnership between home and school will be provided during Parent/Teacher Conferences in November. Information regarding conference week will be shared by mid-October.
On Friday, October 3rd, we will be celebrating Grandparent’s
Day. Grandparents are invited to visit our school and join their grandchild(ren) in the special area classes. A notice regarding this event was sent home with your child last week.
