Mr. Patrick Magee, Principal

Mr. Magee earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from Richard Stockton College in December 2003.  He received a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Kean University in May 2009. Mr. Magee brings a diverse management background to the position, as a result of his educational experience and his previous professional background in communications.  

Mr. Magee started his career in the Pleasantville School District in 2005. In his tenure with the district, Mr. Magee has served in many roles, including Business Education Teacher, Supervisor, and Assistant Principal. In addition, he actively participated in the school community through coaching football and track.  

In 2013, Mr. Magee joined Barnegat School District as Vice Principal of the Russell O. Brackman Middle School before being named the Principal of the Cecil S. Collins Elementary School in 2016. The Bengals community welcomed Mr. Magee as its new principal for the 2020-2021 school year.

Mr. Magee sees himself as an educational leader and administrative team member working towards the goals of building and sustaining an environment of academic growth. His main objective is to facilitate a positive and supportive school-wide culture for all stakeholders both in the school and in the community; with the focus of enabling students to reach their utmost potential. 

Outside of his professional career, Mr. Magee is an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys boating, fishing, and camping.  He is also a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Mrs. Tracee Dubeck, Vice Principal

Mrs. Tracee DuBeck, an educator for 18 years, currently serves as Vice Principal at Barnegat High School.  She takes pride in being a Bengal and making connections to support the students in the school. 

After teaching in a private school for 12 years, she joined the Barnegat Township School District in 2013 as an English teacher at Barnegat High School.  In 2017, Tracee joined the administrative team as Supervisor of English, Social Studies, and Visual and Performing Arts. After successfully serving in this position, she returned to Barnegat High School in 2020 as a Vice-Principal. Her work as a teacher and a curriculum and instruction supervisor has prepared her to be an instructional leader for the high school students.

Mrs. DuBeck is a graduate of Georgian Court University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education and her Master’s degree in School Leadership and Administration.  She is a lifelong learner and continues to acquire different certifications and attend professional development related to childhood development, social and emotional learning, and school leadership.

She is excited to serve as Vice Principal of Barnegat High School and to work alongside so many talented students, educators, staff, and school leaders.  Her passion is developing positive relationships to create a positive school culture where everyone can reach their greatest potential.

Mr. Frank Pannullo, Vice Principal

Mr. Frank Pannullo joined the administration team at Barnegat High School as Assistant Principal in 2020, subsequent to his tenure as a teacher which began in 2016. During his time as a teacher, he successfully coached Football, Lacrosse, and served as the Yearbook Advisor.

Mr. Pannullo is a graduate of New Jersey City University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts in 2006.  In 2008, Mr. Pannullo completed his Master’s in the Art of Teaching degree at Monmouth University.  Additionally, in 2016, he completed his Master’s of Science degree in Education Administration.  Since then, Mr. Pannullo has fostered his belief that every student who walks the halls of Barnegat High School is family. His assistance in developing the Bengal Bootcamp program has helped aid students in their journey to academic success and high school graduation.  

Mr. Pannullo prides himself in guiding students through their navigation of the transition from high school to adulthood.  It is with this philosophy in mind that he perpetuates acceptance, initiative, and academic rigor to build conscientious members of our community.
