Degrees and Certifications:

Dianne Spisak

I earned my Bachelor's degree from Georgian Court Univeristy in Natural Science in 2010. My degree was a mixed background in all the major science concepts where I was certified to teach k-8.  I completed extra science courses in 2013 to obtian my high school certification to be highly qualified to teach Biological Science courses. I earned my Master's degree from Capella University in Educational Technology in September 2021. This degree focused on incoprorating digtial tools and assessments into the classroom in a meaningful way. There was a subfocus on analysing and utilizing classroom data to reflect and sturcture appropriate assessments.

Prior to being in Barnegat, I have spent time at Ocean Township School District, Holmdel School District, Freehold Regional High School District, and Middletown Township School District. I have taught Biology, Environmental Science, Chemistry and Physics during my time in these districts. My personal favorite is Environmental Science due in large part to the real world application that can be applied to the content which makes it more relatable to the students.
