Every year The Paw Print sponsors Barnegat High School's annual Poetry Out Loud National Recitation Contest, in which students memorize and perform two poems of literary merit.
The winner for the school receives a prize from the Literary Magazine as well as the opportunity to compete at the Regional Competition.
The Paw Print would like to congratulate Winter Delaney for taking first place in the 2023 competition!
