Hello!

My name is Ms. DiStefano and I am a Physical and Health Education teacher, and Drivers Education teacher for Sophomores and Adaptive PE at Barnegat High School. I am from Barnegat and attended Barnegat Schools since kindergarten! I was a three sport athlete in high school (field hockey, basketball, and softball) and a member of many clubs at BHS. I am also the head varsity field hockey coach. When I graduated from Barnegat High School, I attended William Paterson University for 4 years and studied Physical and Health Education. I am currently obtaining a Masters Degree in School Counseling at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. As I completed my student teaching requirements in Toms River, I volunteered with the Brackman field hockey team and BHS softball team. I was also a substitute teacher in the district for 3 years. I am thrilled to be a Bengal once again and teach the importance of lifelong fitness and healthy living!
