This will be my 10th year teaching First Grade! I started by teaching at the Horbelt School and am now a proud member of the Collins family for the last few years.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in French from Rutgers University and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from The College of New Jersey. In 2018, I was awarded Horbelt's Teacher of the Year by my colleagues. In 2022 and 2023, I was awarded with Barnegat Inspires Awards for Leadership from district administrators.

I love everything about First Grade! I also love ice cream sandwiches, making lists, and cooking with my toddler. I love to travel and have visited 20 countries so far, throughout Europe and Asia.

I live in Shark River Hills with my husband, my sons Miles and Levi, and our cat Sprout.
