Dear Barnegat School District Families and Community Members,

As our district navigates a transition toward selecting our next permanent Superintendent of Schools, the Barnegat Township Board of Education believes that community participation is essential to a successful search.

We invite all parents, guardians, residents, students, and staff to join us for a consolidated Stakeholder Input Session on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Barnegat Township High School Media Center.

This interactive forum will be facilitated by Robert Acerra, Field Service Representative from the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA). The information gathered during this session will be directly utilized by the Board of Education to construct a customized candidate profile, establishing the professional background, experience, and Forum Agenda.
