Mrs. Wojciak is Teacher of the Year!

Congratulations to Mrs. Jennifer Wojciak on being named the 2019 the Outstanding Staff Member of the Year for Barnegat High School!

After receiving a BA in Spanish from Douglass College in 2001, Mrs. Wojciak continued on to graduate school at Rutgers University where she earned a MA in Foreign Language Education.  She first began her teaching career in 2002 at Hammonton High School and then relocated to Barnegat after getting married in 2004, which was the year the high school first opened its doors.  Currently, she is in her 18th year of teaching and is so thankful that she gets to do what she loves every day.  Teaching Spanish is truly a passion of hers and the relationships she is able to form with her students are equally as important to her as the content she teaches.  Her students mean the world to her and she enjoys hearing about their successes long after they graduate.  Aside from teaching Spanish, Mrs. Wojciak is the advisor of the World Language Club at BHS.  Outside of school, she spends her time with her husband and her two daughters, Madison (12) and Ashley (11), who keep her extremely busy.

Congrats Mrs. Wojciak!!!
