Process to sign up for each sport season!

* If your child attends Barnegat School District, please complete the forms that say "Barnegat Student" after the title of the form (if you are unsure if a new physical is needed, please contact Athletics). Please also go onto the Parent Portal, and complete the sports participation form (they are labeled by season) under the "forms" tab. Both of these steps need to be completed for your child to participate. This process needs to be completed for each season. 

* If your child attends a FULL-TIME OCVTS school, or if they are homeschooled, please complete the forms that say "NON Barnegat Student" after the title (if you are unsure if a new physical is needed, please contact Athletics). This process needs to be completed for each season.
