If you are eligible for health benefits coverage through Barnegat Board of Education, you may be able to decline this coverage due to enrollment in other medical, prescription and/or dental insurance.  You may opt out of coverage if the following occurs:

Upon hire and eligibility for health benefits
Open enrollment
Becoming covered under health benefits other than Barnegat BOE 

The following packet/forms must be completed and submitted to the Benefits Department EACH YEAR in order to participate.  Additionally, proof of other coverage must be provided for EACH YEAR of participation.
