I'm probably more nervous than you are this year.  This September I will be starting my twenty-eighth year of teaching, all of which have been in the Barnegat School District, but only my third year at Horbelt!  Yup, that's right,  I taught for 25 years at Dunfee! 

My family and I moved to Barnegat in 1992.  I have four children that went through the Barnegat School District.  My youngest daughter, Natalie, is a sophomore at Stockton University pursuing a teaching career.  Hannah will be finishing up  grad school this summer, studying to be a Physician's Assistant.   My oldest daughter, Taylor, has her RN/BSN and works at AtlanticCare.  My oldest child and only son, Trevor, attended Arizona State University and recently moved back to New Jersey after living in Arizona for 12 years. 

Besides sharing my life with my husband and 4 children, my six-year-old grandson Vincent keeps us on our toes.  Vincent will be starting 3rd grade this year.  Asher and Lyle are my two dogs.  As you can see, we have a pretty full house.

Some of my favorite things to do are to read, swim, and teach!

I'm excited about this adventure, as well as the changes and challenges we will be embarking upon together.  We are all in this together!!
