Art Club:

Permission slips are outside room S223. Please see Ms. Lowe if you have any questions. The first meeting for the art club will be on Wednesday September 28th at 7am.

 

Computer Club and Girls Who Code Club:

There will be a final interest meeting for Computer Club AND Girls Who Code on Wednesday, September 28th after school with Ms. Gianni in the computer lab C123 (across from the nurse's office). You MUST have a permission slip turned in to attend the meeting since it's after school. You can get a permission slip from Ms. Gianni in Room S225.

 

NJHS: 

Attention Invited NJHS applicants: Just a friendly reminder that if you plan on re-submitting your application it is due NO LATER than this FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd at 11:59PM. No late applications will be accepted and there are no other opportunities to apply to NJHS this school year.Lastly, please email NJHS@barnegatschools.com with any questions regarding your application. 

 

Literary Magazine: 

Do you love to draw, write, and create? Literary Magazine will have its first meeting on Monday, September 26 at 7am in Room N209. See Ms. Schmitz for a permission slip!

 

The Voices of Diversity Club:

The Voices ofDiversity Club will be holding and informational meeting on Monday September 26th at 2:30 in room N122. The mission of thus student-led group is to educate others about the many cultures, races, and backgrounds of people here in Barnegat and around the world and the impact that racism has on their lives/. This group is a way to talk, listen, and learn about life from different perspectives and provide a platform for minority voices to be heard. Permission slips are outside Ms. Spain’s room, N122.

 

World Language Club:

WORLD LANGUAGE CLUB will be meeting soon! If you're interested see Dr. Eckert or Senora Ponti in S232. We will celebrate and share different languages and cultures from around the world. AHLAN... Yearbook Club:

Attention all students- The first official yearbook club meeting will be held on Monday October 3rd in Mrs. Raguckas’s classroom N210 after school from 2:30-3:30. Hope to see you there. Please grab a permission slip outside the classroom doors of either N210 or N216 (Mrs. Heatherington room)

 

DART Club:

DART Club will begin meeting next week. If you are interested in trying new things and making healthy choices then this is the club for you. Permission slips are available in the main office and outside Mrs Mitchell’s room, S227. Our first meeting is Tuesday September 27 at 2:30.

 

CyberPatriot Team:

Are you interested in cybersecurity? Would you like to learn how to protect yourself and others from cyber threats? Then why not become a CyberBulldog!? The CyberPatriot team will be holding an interest meeting Tuesday, September 27th afterschool in room W204. See Mr Berentes for permission slips.

 

Homegrown Club:

Do you want to learn to cook, sew, garden, and more? Do you already know how to do these things but want to improve on them or gain more skills? Then the Homegrown Club is for you! Our interest meeting for the Homegrown Club will be held after school on Wednesday September 28th in Ms. Coleman’s room, N217. Please stop by for a permission slip and return it before the meeting date.

 

Bulldog Buzz:

Bulldog Buzz is looking for reporters interested in sharing the news about the awesome things happening here at Brackman!  There will be an interest meeting in Mrs. Heisler's room N214 on Tuesday morning at 7:00 AM.  Please get a permission slip from outside Mrs. Heisler's room N214.

 

Sports Shout OUTS:

The Barnegat Middle School Football Team beat Lower Cape May at both levels yesterday.  The "A" Team played shutout defense and won 24-0.  Josh Kawka, Gavin Rule, and Chris Santero each scored touchdowns.  Anthony Dringus added 3 two-point conversions.  The "B" Team won 6-0.  Bear Gutkowski threw a 60 yard Touchdown pass to Justin Fitzpatrick.  Thomas Darcy led the defensive charge with at least 5 tackles.
