Red Ribbon Week:

“It's the last day of Red Ribbon Week and we want to thank you for your participation in supporting healthy, drug free lifestyles. We hope you've really thought about the meaning of this year's theme: Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free. - and how making healthy choices will help you achieve your goals in life - while having fun in the process. We only want the best for you and can't wait to see what you can achieve!”

 

Halloween Dance:

The Halloween Dance is tonight. You can only purchase tickets during lunch today. The tickets are $5. You must buy tickets at lunch today because there will not be tickets for sale at the dance. Only Brackman students can attend the dance.

 

Drama:

There are call backs for drama today from 2:30-3:30 in the auditorium.  You should only come if your name is on the list on google classroom.  You will need a ride home today.

 

Hello Bulldogs: 

October is now Socktober.  The LITs are collecting new socks to donate to people in need.  Please put the socks in the box in the foyer or bring them to Mrs. Mitchell in room S227.  Thank you in advance for your help.

 

BullDog City:

Attention all students:  Bulldog City is looking for members!  If you are interested in helping plan out events such as Spirit Weeks, and spreading Bulldog pride in our school and community, then this is the club for you!  Permission slips are available outside Mrs. Grasso's room (W-201) and in the main office.

 

Environmental Club:

Attention all students:  If you would like to learn more about your surroundings, participate in service projects, increase student awareness of environmental issues in our area and expand our relationship with MATES and Project Terrapin then the Environmental Club is for you!   Permission slips are available outside Mrs. Grasso's room (W-201) and in the main office.

 

Sports:

If you want to play a winter sport please submit your paperwork by 11/1. 

Basketball tryout are as follows for boys and girls, 7th grade  Wednesday 11/16 2:30-4:30, 8th grade Thursday 11/17 2:30-4:30, and Final cuts will be on friday. Wrestling does not have tryouts. Practice will start on Tuesday 11/15 and run from 2:30-4:30.

 

Sports Shout Outs:

Lady Bulldogs Volleyball rally and defeat Toms River North in both matches behind a loud and proud home crowd. Hayden Grom and Gianna Callahan with  5 aces, Elayna Ordonez with 8 assists and Camila Chamorro with 10 kills. In the B game, Gabriella Gangadyal had 7 aces and Leah Rose with 5 digs.

 

Halloween:

Students, you will be permitted to wear Halloween Costumes to school on Monday, OCTOBER 31, 2022.  

 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable day for all, a few simple rules have been established:

1.Costumes may be worn to school. School rules regarding dress code must be followed: No short skirts, no bare midriffs, or low necklines. 

 

2. ALL costume preparations to be completed at home. (No dressing or applying of make-up or colored hairspray once students arrive at school).  

 

3. Accessories such as masks, swords, firearms, sticks, karate nunchucks, etc. are not permitted for safety/security reasons.
