"RIFE" - Reading Is For Everyone - RIFE is our free book give away once a year, usually in the Spring.   Students come to the library with their ELA teacher and select a free book of their choice to keep and enjoy.    Thank you to the ROBMS PTA for donating $400 towards the purchase of books for the RIFE program.   We appreciate their continued support of the library AND the RIFE program.  .  

New books arrive weekly for students to check out.                                                                                           

The Library Assistants program has been very successful.  Seventh and eighth grade students, interested in the library -  book drop books, check students in/out, restock shelves, put labels on new books and more. Since schedules have changed, there isn't time in students' condensed schedule for Library Assistants.  This program will be revisited in the 2023/24 school year.    

Book Fair Update - The Scholastic Book Fair will be held November 21 to December 2, 2022.  Parents are welcome to shop at the book fair when they are here for Parent/Teacher Conferences on November 21 & 22.  Books make great gifts.  I have also requested some elementary school books for those readers.

 Students come to the book fair with their ELA teacher.  Students will view book trailers in ELA class for the most popular books at the book fair.   Anyone wishing to see some of the books that will be at the book fair can click on the link below.  Once the video is on the screen, click on the forward arrow in the middle of the screen to view the author previews.  There are some great books coming to the book fair!  See for yourself!
