    * Study place should be free from interruptions
    * Study a little each day instead of 
    cramming at the last minute.
    * Take short breaks every 15-20 minutes.
    * Designate specific areas and times 
    for homework and studying.
    * Eat breakfast everyday.
    * Get enough sleep.
    * To recognize your strengths and weaknesses,
    test yourself or ask someone else 
    to test you on material.
